    So I look at it this way, Zane... Things that happened in the past, along with the people who are in my past, are in my past for a reason. We have to take what we've learned and what was delt with us and grow from it, not dwell in it. We are here for a short amount of time and it is on each of us to evolve from our past... "A logical progression on a timeline," if you will. You should never sit in neutral or spin your wheels, if you are looking to evolve and better yourself. Dwelling on things that happened to you in your past does not one bit of good for you in the present or your future. Live for the moment. Seize the day. Take what you can, give nothing back.

    I love Scrubs. It can be a little schmaltzy at times, so it's not for everyone.

    Yep, a healthy amount of that is good. It can give you drive and ambition. Also, it can keep you focused. You don't want to leave a life of "what if's."
