Home from wedding and errands.

so fun, so tired.

 

I think I'm going to go to the casino job fair on Monday and see if I can try to become a blackjack dealer. There's no way in hell I'm going to get hired as one, unless there is a miracle, but perhaps making an effort just to say I did make the effort will be somewhat satisfying.

 

Do you realize how bad ass that would be? lol. But for now, on Monday it's just an information session, a written test and I believe a mock setting of blackjack at a table (potential employee playing the role as dealer). The written test is the only thing that worries me lol.

 

I would love to get out of this shithole but unfortunately I can't.

 

So I've finally assembled a "Josh box" of all the random things that he gave me that were lying around my room, and put it away out of sight. I've definitely reached the point of acceptance that he's not a good person, and that I will not dwell on him or wish he would "change" for me. I feel kinda sad...but good.

 

I think that's a good step I think, it took me a few years to throw away some things before..
Namely a picture..

 

I know this is a really dumb thing to be complaining about but when someone bitches about having to cook dinner (and by cook it literally means throwing some stuff into an oven) you'd at least expect the damn thing to be edible.
