I bruised some fingers. This morning I was dreaming I was fighting with this bitch, just as I slap her hard on the head I do the same thing in real, bam, on my nightstand. Holy hell, that hurt. It's good I was sleeping with my back towards Maxime or else I would've hit him pretty hard.

 

People amaze me sometimes.

Yeah, class was okay. I presented my travel essay, and I'm horrible at presentations but at least it's over with.. and now I'll just get ready for work soon I guess.

I'm sure that wouldn't have been his idea of morning glory. ;p

Well I'm off to Portugal at 3:00am tomorrow, should I go to sleep soon or just have an all nighter?

 

Might as well just stay up then sleep on the plane/car/boat/whatever

 

I just can't sleep through the day anywhere, it sucks because I wish I could, once I'm up, I'm up.

 

I can't wait for my cat to be neutered and declawed. The fucker just broken three photos and almost knocked my hamster's cage to the ground.

Little bastard.

 

Will, not to be nosy, but have you researched what declawing actually is? I had this done to one of my cats, and I would never do it again. It's not just removing their claws. It's similar to a human having all their finger tips amputated down to the first knuckle.

Maybe just check into having the cat's claws trimmed once in a while, or have the vet teach you how?

Not to be rude, but it's a surgical procedure, and it's not like the veterinarian is just going to chop my cat's paws off.

 

Or you could buy a cat scratcher, those poles you know.

 

We've got three and he uses them all the time. But no matter how much we discipline him when he scratches on other things, he keeps doing it.

Honestly, I don't care that he's still a kitten, I've never had an animal in my life that didn't get the hint after the second or third time he was yelled at/smacked on the butt with a newspaper that he's not supposed to do that.

My first cat was declawed and he never had any problems whatsoever.

I just think that its something that should be read up on before its done. I ended up having to take the cat I had this done to back for three follow up surgeries, because of complications. He suffered a lot because of things that the vet fucked up.

Its also illegal in almost every country besides ours.

 

If my family didn't think it was safe, we wouldn't be doing it. The number of cases where the surgery goes wrong are minuscule compared to the number successful. My first cat was fine, and all the cats my parents have ever had were fine.

I shouldn't have even said anything.
