    Sylar, you need to keep it elevated. It will help reduce the swelling. Sit on your couch or what ever, and put it up on a chair.

    Walk on it, abuse the pain and love it.


    It'll heal and intime, it'll get messed up BUT.

    You'll able to handle more pressure and still not sprain it.

    Well, that's interesting. The guy pitching for the Diamondbacks tonight graduated from my high school, a couple years before me. I probably ran into him the halls a few times, therefore, I kinda sorta know someone famous. I still hope the Cardinals kick the DBack's ass tonight though :lol:
