Yeah, all the ladies love Sylar, because if they don't he'll split their heads open and make them love him.

 

speaking of which, how the hell does sylar take their "abilities", he obviously doesn't eat them! so, how then??

He probes the brain to see whats different in each person and how he needs to alter his own brain and he takes the knowledge and applies it to himself. Not by probing his own brain but just by learning about what makes the others special. His power is actually Intuitive Aptitude. The ability to know exactly how everything works.

 

I think he absorbs it through touch with the portion of the brain that controls it. It has to tie in with what Suresh told Maya, about the anger manifesting her powers. What ever part of the brain that controls that emotion, is where their abilities lie, and he figured it out somehow.

They actually have in depth descriptions of the powers and who has them and how Thats actually where I first discovered Sylars power. In this season, they actually already went into showing what Sylar does.
