Yeah. But, I mean, when you look at them, the one who's still in the band looks like he'd have the deeper voice (I can't think of his name at all), whereas Jason looks like he'd have the softer voice.

Yeah. My friend who sings for my acoustic stuff, she loves derek's voice and I love Jason's so when we cover Miserable at best acoustically, we split the parts by singer so it works out nicely haha.

Plus i'm a guy and I take the deeper.

 

I don't have a problem singing both parts.

There's a couple songs where I can't sing as high as Derek, though. Like, in "I'd Hate to Be You When People Find Out What This Song Is About," I can't sing the highest part of the chorus at all. It just sounds dead-weird to me.
