It just seems to me that all the posting has given this place a new life because it was dead once all the regulars started leaving. I never would have tried talking to Penny or Johnny outside of here if it wasnt for them posting and actually talking to me constantly. I know Johnny admitted to it, because him and Penny were trying to see who could get 3,000 first. I didnt really see why it got blown out of proportion so fast tonight when its been happening for over a week.

 

I don't know why it was blown up either. I was merely pointing out that I'd been telling him it was sort of annoying for a while now, because he said no one had said anything to him about it or something to that effect.

But half your guys' posts are in the middle of the night when half of us are asleep anyway, so I think that's what makes it look so much like postwhoring, because it's the same 3-4 people posting consistently over the course of several hours.

I'm sorry if I pushed any buttons, though -- not my intent at all.

 

Yeah there really isnt anyone on until 4 or 5 in the morning like I am, except for Penny who wakes up (because at 4 here, its 11 AM in Greece) and Johnny. Sometimes Maverick is on with us, but Its not like we are going out of our way to piss anyone off. Like I said before, I dont get why it annoys people. (BTW off topic: Im not using apostrophes because my laptop keyboard is fried so I cant use the enter button or apostrophes and it is annoying me )

 

Well, I mean, your conversations in the middle of the night are OK. It's when Johnny (or anyone, really) starts making really, really pointless posts that are blatantly him padding his count -- I think that's when people start getting frustrated.

I remember when people used to do that back when the forums first started getting popular -- those people got the raw end of my banhammer sometimes.
