I know, but some checks were mailed out toward the beginning of May, weren't they? You'd think the government would be able to get checks out in a timely manner, or at least pay the extra $3 to have the checks expressed to their destinations.

I need to blow off some steam. I'm so pissed at everything right now.

my mom has a mortgage and my father gives a grand total of 100 bucks a week, which goes towards the bills and not my pocket.

That's where people like Bush really do start to annoy me. They just think, "Oh, well, let's just rain down a fuckload of money, but not give everyone enough, and that'll fix it." Mhm. Yeah. Go ahead and do that. Then everything'll go back to the way it was. I agree with a lot of things that the government's done in terms of our safety, etc., but this is just ridiculous, to think that it's gonna help.
