    Yeah it really is, it makes you feel very 'open' physically, you already notice it the first time you do it. In the beginning your muscles really hurt cause alot of yoga is all about stretching, but once you're past that, it's really nice. :)

    You should really do some research on yoga, there are SO many different sides to it. I just keep it to physical yoga though, meditation's too hard for me.

    It's definately not just you Marj. It's hard for me too. :)
    And stablizing your mind is a very very very diffucult task.

    I gave up on all kinds of Yoga before but I keep going back to try again, not the stretching techniques though. Nu uh.

    Why not? You could start with some basics, not the whole foot against skull pose, that's just too hard. :lol:

    Well, in band, we do something with breathing exercises in order to warm ourselves up and help exercise our lungs in order for them to be able to hold and release more air as we play. What it said in that snippet is actually kind of what we do for one of our exercises. It's not easy but it is very relieving.

    Yoga is very hard if you're not somewhat limber to begin with. :lol:

    I'd only eat fish if invited out to dinner or someones house. I really hate fish. I'd make steak sushi though, it might not be traditional but it'll be yummy. I want to eat here Mmmmm I also might make the thread again. Maybe
