THANK YOU. My dad's screaming at me because he nver did that when he was in a band. Well, guess what daddy-o? Just 'cause you didn't do it doesn't mean other people don't. Maybe they went about it a bit more cautiously than you did. Maybe that's why they succeeded and you didn't.
Sorry, done bitching about my dad.

 

A lot of bands don't do it if they're perfectionists and they do things right the first time. But the bands who can't really afford to waste their time record demos.

For example, Chiodos' record company spent $3000 to rent a studio for them for a week and they only recorded one song.

 

That's just it. My dad's band couldn't afford it, and he's telling me that they didn't ever do that? So they were just perfect and walked into the studio knowing exactly what to play and how to play it.

 

The Undeserving need to hurry up with their album.
