Drinking tea really helps for losing weight...I've been drinking tea now for 3 days straight and I lost a kilo. Never knew that would work!

I've been drinking any kind of tea really haha, but mostly Green tea with mint extract so yeah, green tea. Hot drinks make me full, so I eat less.

Chris Jericho was apparently using visual aids to get it through to Randy Orton

Jericho thought Orton was too dumb to get it, so he "Ortonized" it and used visual aids. I know.
