um, yeah anyway lol, i just do bits of exercise here and there lol, if you exercise (for about 30 mins) at least once every 72 hours you will lose more weight if you went on a diet

But I'm at ballet a lot, everyday but wednesday and sunday. All together i'm there for...about 12 hours a week. So *shrug* I get my excercise it's just hard to keep my weight in check. Although I do try
