I was thinking of starting a thread "Does anyone hear the similarities between Bubbles and The Messenger?"

You know, I've heard people say all kinds of crap about Brad on the internet and I understand that he isn't a great guitarist but I can't help respecting him

I mean, he was going to be a lawyer and he graduated 'summa cum laude' too but he decided to pursue music instead. And LP got rejected so many times and they looked ridiculous and two members left. I can't understand how someone can have faith in a band like that if that makes sense.

And then, it actually paid off for him and you gotta admit, that's a pretty cool fact.

Brad isnt the best guitarist, i am sure he doesnt use his full potential. But as a human he is (atleast how i see it) a great person. Weird as me, but nice. I mean, that google play interview
To be honest, i am a bit disappointed sometimes in his "skill", but that doesnt change the fact that i have full respect for him. Just a great guy.

Also, Chester was broke and lived in a car just for making music with LP. There was a decent chance the band would flop. But, he was passionate about doing it for a living that he went along with it. That's just crazy to me.

Just think about the band members if they hadn't succeeded. They did take big risks.

So LP recently changed their profile picture x cover photo on Facebook to promote the Final Masquerade single.

I love Final Masquerade and I'm happy to see it being prioritized as the next single, but why time it months after the single was released, especially now that Chester's injured?

Because there's nothing much else to promote to be honest?

Actually, you know what, they've been posting lyrics and video clips of Final Masquerade on instagram for a while. I didn't realize they were promoting it, I thought they just really liked final masquerade. What an idiot am I.

I challenge any LP fan/rationally thinking human being with half a brain to watch this "review" and not get annoyed at these idiots

Yeah same, I have major respect for Brad (and the rest of the band in general) he seems like a very friendly and awesome guy. As for his guitar skill, sure it isn't killer but I like it, it's tasteful which personally I enjoy more than real flashy guitar playing! A bit off topic but: For anyone who hasn't seen his commencement speech at UCLA, it's hilarious!

Finally got around to playing LP Recharge for my iPad.

Gosh the controls feel so much better here. Moving around and attacking is easier, and it's easy to dodge as well. The voice actors aren't all that bad.

Anyone know why Numb Encore re-entered UK Singles Chart at #42? It's actually #19 on iTunes right now.

    http://www.nme.com/news/linkin-park/78422

"We're known for our high energy shows. When we add songs like Iridescent or Numb to the live set, the energy is not high. The more songs we can add from The Hunting Party, the better."

...are you fucking kidding me right now?

Interesting interview, especially since they added a bunch of festivals this year. I have to agree that some shows need an indoor setting, but it can still be good outdoors.

As i said on the LPLive Facebook post. For what we need High-Energy Shows if all the people (i know what i am talking about) are just filming the show. They dont enjoy the show as a moment that can past, they want low quality videos to show others that they saw LP  Maybe i am just getting old.
