FM has finally impacted radio in the US, while other radios will release it on November 11. http://kroq.cbslocal.com/2014/10/29...rk-imagine-dragons-rise-against-and-yelawolf/
Let's discuss the possibility of a LPxMuse tour in 2015. Muse is finishing up what seems to be a raw rock album, and that fits LP's mindstate. They've both had similar career paths and share a lot of fans - why wouldn't it happen?
Quote from Chester: "Were gonna tour a lot with this album." The band is on tour November, plays a few shows in December, on tour January and February, and seems like they'll be doing a festival run in the US in May. A summer tour is not out of the question.
I'm not sure the band could handle it. Off the top of my head, I remember it being said Rob hurt his back recording Guilty All The Same and Brad did the same at some show (LPUers were telling me this before a M&G, not positive it's true). I'm sure there were plenty of other bang-ups and bumps on other nights for the other guys, too. Plus, I think family life is very important to the band. I think it's more likely that they round off The Hunting Party with The Hunting Party Tour. This second set of shows means The Hunting Party already has had relatively more tours than Living Things and A Thousand Suns. Chester's statement about releasing music more quickly also holds merit here. Most of us were skeptical when he first said this, but it has turned out to be mostly true thus far.
Wouldn't be surpised if Mike or Chester already made a respones to Gene Simmons' "rock is dead" statement. Since they felt the genre is on a weak status right now commercially, but I think rock music is alive and well and won't go away for a very long time. Even if it stops being mainstream completely at some point, It'll join the ranks along with other genres in the underground.
All For Nothing would be great live if Chester sang Page's part and Austin sang Chester's normal part. That'd be intense
I feel like Dave and Mike are very similar personality wise. I mean they have different capabilities and operate differently but they both have a sense of humour(I don't mean they are super funny, I just mean they're less serious and joke about things like their popularity and shinodaconda(ew)),they make a lot of fun of each other on twitter, make themselves accessible to fans, and tweet out fan remixes. They seem to get along pretty well. That blog entry where Mike defended Dave and talked about his leave from the band was the heartwarming as well. Also, there's this : Arguably the worst hair styles that the band has seen.
