Yeah, the first two notes are the same, but I think that would be easy enough to accidentally without even hearing the other song.

By the way, am I the only one surprised THP didn't get a parental warning label? 6 fucks and 2 shits -- I have seen people get labeled for way less. That's not too far off from MTM which did get labeled (8 fucks and 1 shit I think)

Ah, damn. Even the groove of that Ministry song feels super familiar. Yeah, considering that the two chords basically make up the Given Up riff, I can say it's really enough.

I am tired of people crying over copied riffs.
    This isn't even close.

I can't stop thinking that A Line In The Sand may very well be their greatest song ever.

Well, personnaly, I think the buildup at the end of the song (basically the whole guitar solo section) is some of the most emotionally - intense stuff they've ever written. Chills everytime I listen to it.

From my perspective, if I take that part and add that amazing intro / outro by Mike, that Thrice-influenced chorus (Thrice being one of my favorite bands) and that straight Metal bridge (Metal being one of my favorite musical genres), I just end up with a 6 min treasure of a song :)

I think it is the best song on the album by performance: Aside from Joe and Phoenix being hard to hear, the other four all do a great job. Chester sounds like his old self and the lyrics are awesome.

Mark The Graves has got to be one of the best songs the band has ever done. It still blows me away, every time.

Listening to Living Things...Until It Breaks really is one of the best LP songs ever made. It's like 3 songs in 1. I love that electro crash sound that shakes the beat throughout the track. Brad's end melody is brilliant too

I really like it too for those reasons, but It gets a lot of flack here and on LPL for those reasons because it doesn't flow perfectly to some people.
