I agree, PETA are terrible. I dislike them completely. I am just saying that the argument "If we weren't supposed to eat animals, they wouldn't be so delicious" is completely ridiculous. We aren't "supposed" to do anything, as no one has the authority to say what the human race is "meant" to do, we give meaning to ourselves. One could as easily say "If we weren't supposed to rape people, sex wouldn't feel so good" or "If we weren't supposed to take heroin, it wouldn't be so addictive." The point is that what is natural is not right or wrong innately, and humanity is not "meant" for any overall purpose as there exists no one or thing who could give one to us. Consequently, saying we should eat animals because they are tasty is just confusing morality with hedonism. As I said though...I think Todd was probably being facetious with his comment.
In regards to your non-facetious side though...when will Todd's Crap be making a comeback? I miss it dearly .
Maggots can be used to treat infected areas, while not the most pleasant thought, it is a useful purpose. Once they turn into flies though, they are useless.

This is a report that has the potential, if the Senate passes the cap and tax bill into law, to negatively affect every single citizen in this country.
