... Death of a Bachelor beats and bludgeons Victorious and LA Devotee to death, your opinion is wrong!
I love that I'm the only one bothering to update this now xD
I'm trying to but I always get stuck with the last damn post and I don't want to double-post. Another song, Golden Days, was featured on ESPN tonight, and House of Memories is supposed to play too. Holy shit Brendon, calm your tits and wait for the 15th. We already have 6 tracks as it is. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IwFslhkS9Sg
Someone commented that it samples City of Blinding Lights by U2, which is starting raise some red flags for me. I hope he hasn't overdone it with the samples.
I'm digging the hell out of this album. Victorious is pretty much the only thing holding this back from a 10/10 right now.
Brendon Urie also leaked the entire thing. I've only heard four songs though. Saving the rest for tomorrow. On another note, I listened to Too Weird To Live, Too Rare To Die!, and I gotta say that I'm really starting to like this band.
Yeah I'm not exactly too knowledgeable about the whole situation, but I do remember my girlfriend saying something about everyone leaving. It was just one of those things where band was easier to say.
Reviewed it here, if you're interested: http://lowfrequencyreviews.tumblr.com/post/137304079163/panic-at-the-disco-death-of-a-bachelor tl;dr I liked it. A lot. Emperor's New Clothes, Impossible Year, Crazy=Genius, and Golden Days are my favorites. Victorious is my least favorite.
I really like the album as a whole, but some tracks had far weaker lyrical work than others. Love the instrumentals though. Going for my second run of the album soon.
