    We apologize for the delay, we've just been waiting for confirmation from the people sponsoring the contest as to what the final rules will be and whether or not it will be international. Sadly since our host is very busy its taken longer than expected to get a response. The minute we receive clarification the contest will go live. Thanks for your patience guys!     I heard that Linkin Park themselves will be hosting this and giving away the new CD to one lucky winner almost half a year before the official release.

    Due to circumstances out of our control we will have to delay the giveaway a short while. We still plan to have it as soon as we possibly can, but the fact is...we posted this under the assumption a week ago that we'd be followed up with details by monday (as our sponsor said its a go). Its been a week now and we're still waiting for confirmation as to whether or not this is international, and also what the final prize or prizes will be.

    Its frustrating yes, but in the business world...a company won't stop everything just for a fansite. We will have the giveaway soon, just for now its delayed till we finally get final confirmation on the rules.

    The other thing we had planned (the change to the site) is still on its way though ;).

    I'm not going to make any comment about how LPL runs, because I don't represent them and it wouldn't be fair of me to make a comment on their behalf, but I can assure you we will make sure this contest happens. Even if it's delayed a few weeks, it's going to happen. Ideally, our sponsor should comment within the week.

    It's ironic that you bumped this thread Dean, because I'm pleased to say that we've finally received a response from the host of this contest. This contest will be international, and for the first time ever in LPA contest history we will be crowning more than one person as the winner.

    In fact just about the only requirement will be that you are an LPA member. So if you're reading this, but haven't signed up yet...sign up now!
