I dont know if the writers are this clever or not, but I wonder if Sylars line here has more meaning now:
The plane they are on is supposed to crash, letting them loose and they are on the run this season from the guy on the phone who is hunting them down for Nathan/The President.
Yeah, I know. And I'm fine with the whole idea. It just doesn't "look" that good. Not very believable, if you know what I mean. :/ So yeah, lame.
Yes it was. If you remember he took Peter's abilities, and Peter also had the power of time/space manipulation. Now why he was there I don't know for sure. I'm assuming he went back to that point in time to find out where Hiro's dad put the catalyst and just happened to be at the right/wrong place at the right/wrong time.
So I was just reading through the posts here cause im bored and ive really gotta agreee with TrumTram's post on the previous page... I always wanted to watch Heroes but when I first heard of it it was in season 2 already and im really not one fore trying to jump into a show midway. Well I eventually started watching all the episodes from begining to end in like november and i loved season 1. It was just a great story and well told, and moments like Claires dad getting shot were in fact great. I think season 2 did open well with the whole WTF happened to Peter?? But over time I really couldnt stand it. I wasnt a huge fan of spanish girls plot. I believe season 2 was done over the strike though which is why it had so few episodes to the 1st which i think explains why everything seemed so rushed. I really do hate the fact that 1 episode something happens, and the next episode it goes away. I think Season 3 had its high points and I really love the whole parents generation linking to this one... and I thought the whole Peter's dads thing was genious... although if thats his dad... he was in season one but not reveled as his dad, with the whole claire's house blowing up thing right?? Well anyways, my biggest problem with the show is it feels rushed. They are trying to do too much at once. I liked season 1 better how pretty much nothing happened until the last few episodes, it just seemed more enjoyable. Maybe its that I watched it all back to back and didnt have week waits to let it sit in me, but it just felt like everything was changing too fast and they never really allowed any of the changes to set in for long, ie. sylars multiple changes. I think the show has its high points but I think they really need to slow it down and let people enjoy it like the 1st season. In the end though, no matter what happens, I will prbly be glued to the tv watching Fugitives just to see the high points so I guess it doesnt matter haha.
Surprise, an actor/actress wants off the show. It seems to me like it would be Ali Larter or Zachary Quinto.
Well it is an actor that has more name recognition in the cast. Ali Larter is already an established actress in film, Zachary Quinto is starring in the new Star Trek movie and will presumably be getting more work in film. The only others I could really think of are Hayden Panettiere or Masi Oka or possibly even Milo Ventimiglia...but those three love the show so I dont know why they would want off. Another thing I read is that it is rumored to be because of lack of screen time...but I dont think any of the bigger names lack any screen time. Especially not Sylar, Claire, Peter, or Hiro.
At first I thought it might be Milo, but you're right it's probably going to be Ali. Meh, I don't know. I thought Hiro was going to die anyway!
I'd have thought Larter would be one of the easier ones to write back into the show if she left, what with the whole identical siblings thing. If they were desperate enough the writers could probably retcon the story to say that her characters are octuplets or something, hah.
