I'm the same way, but every once in awhile a little Zepp isn't too bad. I respect them for everything they've done with the music industry, but sometimes I absolutely loathe the music. Stairway to Heaven is just too damn overplayed, you hear it everywhere.
Some more: Anthrax Beastie Boys Black Sabbath The Clash Dead Kennedys Dream Theater Faith No More Fugazi Guns 'N' Roses Jimi Hendrix Judas Priest NWA Slayer Some of those are late 80's-early 90's, and Beastie Boys and NWA aren't really rock bands. But good music nontheless.
Rolling Stones Aerosmith The Smiths The Police Fleetwood Mac (do they count? not sure.) otherssss i cant remember.
In alphabetical order... Bauhaus Bob Dylan David Bowie Led Zeppelin Pink Floyd Queen Ramones Rush Sex Pistols Supertramp The Beatles The Clash The Doors The Police
Hey, another Police fan! Foreigner Steppenwolf (can't believe nobody's mentioned them) Aerosmith The Beatles 3 Dog Night The Who The Moody Blues The Police Dire Straits Stevie Nicks
Metallica and Social Distortion. I'm not sure if Social D is considered "old" yet, but they are almost 20 years.
Over 20 years...They formed in '79 if I'm not mistaken. Then they released a single in '81 and Mommy's Little Monster came out in '83.
