I believe that the downloadable version of Super Smash Bros. 1 will have Wi-Fi compatibility, so I wouldn't put it past Nintendo to make it possible with Perfect Dark.
I'm thinking it'll cost something, but probably at bargain basement prices. Monthly fees? That wouldn't make sense.
Sure, it makes sense. $10 a month for an unlimited amount of games or something. Hopefully it's, like, $1 per game.
Nintendo Revolution prototype has no working disc-loading mechanism http://gaming.engadget.com/entry/1234000270043981/
I have to say I like the design of the Revolution better than the PS3 or the Xbox 360. PS3 looks like it was designed to fit in with a full sony entertainment system. Xbox 360 looks like a mac the revolution has more of a traditional gamers gaming system look. They all look great though. (its kind of sad that all I can talk about is how the revolution looks) edit- in all fairness to nintendo they have come up with some great ideas that the other systems ripped off. The rumble pack was a great idea, and I believe nintendo was the first to do the wireless controller. Nintendo will always have a place in my heart, but they never grew up along with me.
I really don't care whether the PS3 was made for that. Looks good with my PSP and my Sony Home Theatre System. Secondly, the Mac look is what Microsft were trying to get. If you or your parents get TIME magazine, go read the 5 page article in there on the XBOX 360. They brough it to Japan and everybody thought it was either from Sony or Apple. And thirdly, Nintendo were the first to coem up with the rumble pack and the wireless controller. Everybody else has since ripped it off and stuck in their controllers. Much like everybody trying to re-invent the Clickwheel on the iPod. Difference is, it just can't happen.

Let's hope the new Mario Kart isn't as horribly disappointing as Double Dash was. The maps for Battle Mode (previously the best feature of MK64!) were pieces of absolute shit, and they were so small! But I have faith the new Mario Kart will be a major improvement over Double Dash. The Mario ports for GameCube were just watered down versions of the 64 games in terms of complexity for better graphics. Nintendo totally got their priorities wrong when making the GC games. Let's hope they don't make the same mistake.
I know exactly what you mean. MKD wasn't a complete disappointment. The tracks could have been better...and it got boring after a while. But it wasn't a complete disappointment.

that game is only fun when playing with other people.. my friends and I were having a blast on it the other day. sigh..........good times
I'm defiently going to get the Revolution. Since it is a Nintendo product and is finally going to have real sized discs and a DVD Player, it will be great. I can't wait for Pokemon XD either, released this fall speaking of Nintendo. To bad it's for Gamecube not Revolution. Does anyone know if the Revolution will be DS Compatable?
Im just happy that you'll be able to download past-gen games for free. Nintendo has had some good ideas and some bad ones. But no one can deny, nintendo has come up with so many unexpected features. You just don't know what they'll pull out of the hat anymore. Sony and Microsoft are great, but they don't come with the unexpectability that Nintendo do.
No, really? Of course it's not going to be free.
they previously announced it was going to be free. The quote is somewhere in this thread infact.
