Dave only said that because he saw LP's Live 8 set and hates the fact LP uses backing tracks. Sure LP uses click tracks to get the drums and guitar right and stuff, but they don't use backing tracks for instrumentals. How the fuck are you gonna do the Crawling reanimated intro? Don't really know what that's meant to infer, but I was just pointing out that you took my little sarcastic joke (which everyone else got) and turned it into something serious. Then you took my second joke (and Friskey's as well) and turned it into something serious once again. I really can't believe I'm having this conversation explaining a joke. ! Well murdering a joke, in my community is repeating a joke over and over until it gets stale. So I didn't understand what you meant. Sorry if I sound confrontational, I get defensive when people have a crack (however lightly) at me. I hope. nin.com was updated a few hours ago. all it says is 2 weeks. most expect an announcement about an EP, tour dates (they did just hire a new PR firm to represent them) or something about the merger of The Spiral and nin.com Yeah, so go look for yourself over at http://www.nin.com Hey, for all I know, Trent could be releasing a Saul Williams diss track. They've had a few disagreements over the "success" (or lack thereof) of Saul's album. Trent thinks it was a failure, Saul thinks it got his music to a wider audience. Anywho!
The album was one of my favorites of last year, though. Brilliant, even if it wasn't a 'success' commercially.
It could also be the new Spiral, part 2 of the ARG, anything really. We did have footage of new recording though, so hopefully new music
