I don't think there's ever been an episode of 24 that ends where I don't say "holy shit", and last night only continued the streak. Crazy plot twists. Jack's reaction when Collette said she got the schematics from Audrey was awesome.
I've heard some conjectures that this will be the last season of 24, what with the deaths of certain key characters. That made me sad, seeing as this is the first season I've been able to sit down and watch religiously, but I guess it's Fox and they seem to cancel all their good shows.
No just bringing in a new character. As for this being 24's last seaosn I believe Mark told me that Kiefer is signed on for another seaosn. Please correct me if I am wrong.
I don't think I said that. I have no idea about the show. They are making a movie. Kiefer's executive producer of the show, he's not going to let Jack get killed off.
Besides, that would be the end of the show as we know it. Jack Bauer is 24 dammit. If you are going to kill off most possibly the greatest character in TV today, that's career suicide.
Well obviously that would be the ned of the show. I believe that when thye decide to end the show sometihng will happen to Jack. Either being killed or extradited to another country for execution. But I guess we will have to see. To Mark: I jsut remember a msn conversation we had last year when they ahd the season finale of 4 and I thought that would be the end of 24. You told me it wasn't becasue you believed that Jack was signed on for 2 more seasons. Just some food for thought, doesn't anyone find it a bit cheesy that just after CTU was attacked with this highly deadly gas, tha thtey are still working there with no problems. Also the fact that Jack held his breath in that room where the gas filled it until the percentage got down to zero and then he was able to breath again with no problems. Stuff can't be that highly deadly if it is able to be cleared fomr the building that fast. Or else the building jsut has one hell of a ventalation system. Either way the ending to last nights show was sweet, Jack is so hardcore.
Yeah, it may be cheesy somewhat. But hey, it's TV, it's not real life dammit. Oh...and Jack Bauer is hardcore in general, and last night he proved it again. I told you guys that this was an emotionally intense season this year, and they are making that possible, even if a million cast members were axed this year I actually think with last night's episode, this moved into my second favorite season so far.
I was watching Kiefer on Jimmy Kimmel the other night and he said the movie obviously wouldn't be 24 hours long, but it'd all take place in one day.
That says it tonight. Although in a sense, I saw it coming when I knew the Vice President wasn't into it. And IMO, this episode was boring kinda until the final 10 minutes where Jack started killing people. The throat slit was complete badass.
