    Creed isn't Christian Rock man

Bands can also be Christian and Nu-Metal. Christian is not a genre of music.

Neither Skillet or Creed are even close to Nu-Metal either.

Guess I always got that wrong, but at least Wikipedia labels Skillet as Christian Rock, Hard-Rock, Nu Metal and Symphonic Metal. In any case, I enjoy some of the songs they have.

I'll toss Red in this thread - their first two albums were as close to Linkin Park as you can get, just no rapping and a heavy emphasis on strings.

This thread is old but Sylar and Dangerkids are the two best modern examples I know of

A modern band I´ve been a lot into is Pvris, it´s more post-hardcore and electropop, but the singer, Lynn Gunn, has a voice which reminds me much of old Hayley Williams. Sadly none of the songs I like best, Fire, My House and Holy are singles, but the first and only album to date is very consistent from start to finish. Some songs also sound a lot like some of Keane songs, another band I listen to and have also seen live once.
