New LPTV: "Blackout" Freestyle

This is getting exciting. LP is teasing us with little chunks of video right before the album explodes, and perhaps, create a crevasse right down the centre of the fan base. I like the last scream in the edited demo before Chester lets it all out in the studio - it reminded me of a scream from Meteora. There are going to be some elements stick to the identity of the band from that era, or some resurfacing for the time being. It seems that, based off what Ana has provided us, Mike dominates the album however Chester will perhaps get more vocal time in the interplay of certain songs. ATS is almost like M2M turned on its head in this respect. Chester sounds as though he's fighting through it, yet he delivers with "the passion." What inspired this song? Did they unlinkinparkanize their sound by letting Chester rap? yea. Not expected, but totally exciting.

 

Agreed. It reminds me of Dustins singing in the song Beggars.

I read about a song that should have "the heaviest guitar Brad yet played"... i cannot imagine something heavier than Don't Stay... i guess it has a different way to be harsh.. i am so excited to discover the guitars in this album. Somehow i am so much inspired by When They Come For Me...
