I thought the vocals were amazing. The song did lose energy from not having the music pumped louder, though. I like how they sound without having effects on their vocals.

I'm not sure if it was the music not getting pumped up louder or if it's just the way they mixed the vocals in this video. When I put it through headphones it sounded like the vocals were like a direct input, and they sounded separate and of higher volume from the rest of the music. I'm sure at the show that it sounded a lot different and a lot better. This recording was kinda shit.

But the vocals themselves were pretty good, I'd say, I just wish they had sounded better with the music.

I didnt like this song so much live. I really wish Mike would stop singing during chester's part. Or his microphone is turned up 2x as much as chesters. The intro wasnt that good. I like LP because there ability to sound amazing live. Mikes voice is nowhere near what the CD is like(which i was afraid of). And please let just chester sing "lift me up". Need to work on this song

Totally forgot I had an account XD Even though I check this site everyday. Anyways logged in just to comment on this...

Although Mike is an amazing producer/artist/writer/rapper... he is a mediocre singer. He can hit the right pitches and stuff, but the voice itself is thin and isn't 'lead singer quality'.

This performance already shows his voice thinning out and his part is no where near the difficulty of Chester's. As much as I respect/love Mike, I just want him not to try and take over the whole band...

I'm not sure if it was the mixing or the actual performance, but this performance lacked some serious punch and energy

Huh? Mike's lift me ups were better than the album quality, I thought.

And nobody's voice in the verses sounded like the album. They didn't have the same (or any) effects used on their vocals.

I thought the music and vocals were mixed just as poorly as the VMA's performance. I just like the full version a lot more.

I hope Mike would stand in the front stage and nod around during his verses (aww the keyboard...),
good choice for Brad to give supports on the drum part,
Chester's mic volume could turn up higher,
Mike pushes his voice a bit too much,
the guys needa work on the bridge and ending,
    light effects should be added
    etc.

I'm pretty sure they would work over this on upcoming tours, such a challenging song to play live.

    Honestly, not a good performance.
    VMA's for the win.

    I don't know which performance I prefer.

The one I like best so far, I think, is the one they did on the KROQ Breakfast show. :"

Shinoda and Chester sound better on this one but the audio mix is just, ugh. :#

These videos are all mixed terribly. No bass or any low end whatsoever.
