My review on The Rising Tied

    I also liked Kenna and Jonah on "Red to Black". For some reason I think they sound kinda like Chester. I didnt like Holly Brook though. I just thought that it sounded wierd, it sounded out of place with mikes rapping. But, I have to say, I liked John Legend better then any singer on the album. I think he and Mike blended well together, and his vocals brought something special to the song. Oh yeah, and I too think that he sounda like Maroon 5.

    Also, I disagree with whoever said that his lyrics were immature. Sure, songs like "Remember The Name", "Petrified", and "Cigarettes" sound immature. But if you take a look at stuff like, "Kenji", "Right Now", "Feel Like Home", "Where'd You Go?", "Red To Black", "Back Home", and "Slip out the Back", you can see that he put a lotof work into the lyrics.

    Anyway, I thought that it was a grea album.
