Edit: Don't get me wrong, that's exactly why I love LPA.

I noticed this trend, but if I had to choose my favorite album it wouldn't be ATS in all honesty. Don't get me wrong, I love the art behind it, it's just... thin to me. The energy is extremely low. Contradictory to my favorite album choice, Waiting for the End is probably my favorite LP song of all time at the moment, but ATS lacked... that proverbial meat on the bones.

The news of this new album though.... makes me really excited. It's being described as the summation of everything they've ever brought to the table, and the idea of them mixing their conquest on their roots.. with their roots.. I don't know, it just sounds phenomenal to me because I'm at a weird point right now as a Linkin Park fan. I'm not feeling their past or present work at all at the moment. Hybrid Theory through MTM has become boring and A Thousand Suns never hit home 100% with me.

i dont hate ATS,i feel robot boy and blackout are one of the best crafted songs ,but i dont like wtcfm due to personal reasons

But at least you can state why you don't like ATS with reasoning, and without insulting it in the process. Which is why your opinion should be respected over people who say LP makes "gay music now" and should go back to der rootz. Those kind of people don't seem to put any thought into their words.
