MTV Behind The Scenes Catalyst Footage

It's not that we're against gay people, or against homosexual behavior. It's the fact that Mike and Chester and the band read this forum, and likely would not enjoy seeing a photograph of the two of them kissing, even if it was photoshopped. I'm not going to even go into the theories put forward by Daisy, because that is neither here nor there. While I admit my knee-jerk reaction was a little much, it was more out of the fact that I didn't want teenie-bopper behavior beginning in this thread. I also didn't want to chance Mike or Chester being in this thread and viewing that image, and finding it odd that someone went to the lengths to photoshop that. We have to think about the band sometimes.

I want to go out of the way to explicitly state that I'm 110% for gay rights, and even have said some rather controversial views about the people who oppose homosexual marriage. The fact is that posting mike "shirtless" or posting pictures of band members' kissing encourages teenie bopper behavior, and considering we've gone through great lengths to avoid teenies...we shouldn't be encouraging the behavior either.

So please, from this point forward no more "bennoda" pictures or photoshops of the band members engaging in any type of sexual act whether it be with a man OR a woman. It disrespects the band's private lives, and we shouldn't be doing that. There will be no further discussion on this as this is final. Thank you.
