To be fair I see nothing wrong with that picture either. It's sort of cute., even if it is completely fictional.

I probably shouldn't say this, but some of you are being total hypocrites. You have sat here and claimed to be for gay rights, and approve of gay marriage, but yet a simple picture, however fake it is, bothers you?

As I mentioned in the chatbox, Mike and Chester aren't gay. That's what bothers me about the pic.

If it were two openly gay men, fine. But two openly heterosexual men makes the picture almost slanderous. It's uncalled for.

 

How do you know that they are heterosexual? Just because they are married to women doesn't automatically make them straight.

 

As I've said, I found it sort of cute. Doesn't bother me in the slightest other than it will get the teenie-boppers riled up.

 

As a staff member, I can say I don't want to see these types of images popping up on the forum because it's going to encourage teenie-bopper behavior. We don't need this kind of stuff on the forums because it's just as bad as fan fiction.

With that said... This thread is going way off topic.

Well how about this then.

A story was shared on here about how someone brought a Bennoda picture to a Meet And Greet and showed it to Mike. Mike took offense to it. A photoshopped picture like this is only okay if the people in it are okay with it, and clearly Mike was not.

That's another reason why it bothers me.

 

Once again, its fake! But I want to know if it was two random men kissing would it get the same response as what has been given here?

 

Notice I didn't say 100%. Yes, some people can have bisexuality. Sometimes you marry the opposite sex and realize you made a mistake. Does it happen all the time? Not really. If it makes you feel better I'll say 90%. I'm done talking about this. This is the Linkin Park Association.

I realize it's fake. Mike realized the pic that the fan showed him was fake. That doesn't mean it can't be offensive.

And if one of those other random men took offense to the picture and I knew about it, then I wouldn't like it either.
