Ok, If you have an iPhone, theres this app called Redlaser. It can scan bar codes with your camera and search for the product. Lately people have been using these QR codes to write messages so when people scan them it says something weird or funny. In this case when Shinoda's was scanned it says what I said above.

I have a feeling we'll be using Agent O's TrollMike pic a lot more in the future in the next album cycle.

 

The image is a QR code and they've been used in Japan for a long time, (As well as RCF tap-to-pay for cellphones to purchase products) you take a picture of the QR code and a program scans it and it leads either to a website, information on whatever it is you're scanning and what not. In fact, I read about how in one state in the USA, the local government wants to place them on buildings that are being built so that people can know what's going on and the company that's doing the work and what it's being made for/how it's being paid, etc.

If you have an Android phone search in the Market either on your PC or on the phone for QR Scanner and download the program of your choice.

I think it's something to do with adjusting saturation and color textures. Not so sure though.
