Im loving how everyone loves #2, its just grabs your attention!

I'm digging the stairs haha. I actually like all of them..

 

I'm kind of surprised there was no Mike paintings or anything even considered. Those are ok, but I'd like to Mike or Joe or whoever paint an album cover. I never liked the Meteora spraypainter guy or a lot of these Minutes To Midnight covers.

This ones probably the most unquie out the bunch, but it gives the impression of being an side or filler album. It'll work perfectly for an LPU cover or a "unreleased" or "unplugged album

Yeah, this is my favourite, and the best of the bunch. IMO its better than the final as its so much more powerfull and also "foreboding" as someone else pointed out.

This is another good, one but the text size/boldness ruins it for me. the next ones a much better improvement...

Yeah, this is the perfected version. my second favourite. It reminds me of a "Bloc Party" cover for some reason lol. The city landscape photograph is excellent. Very slick.

Very similar to the alternate cover to MTM. the clouds are a nice touch. Nothing special though.

This kinda looks like an obvious photoshop edit. Im not saying its bad, but doesn't look as artistic as some of the others dispite its colours. It reminds me of a fan edit i saw on deviant art. However it could work very well as tour poster.

almost identical to back of the final album - which IMO was more suiting for it anyway - so i can totally see why they chose it to be on the albums reverse.

very similar to 5, but with more colour, Interesting but not the best.

Quite an interesting one, but again similar to the reverse. The cloud was a nice effect, but obviously photoshoped in.

I can say LP picked the best one out of the bunch From 5 onwards. However I would have been very happy if LP had chosen 2 or 4 as the final.

1, 4, and 8 are as good as the chosen cover, imo. The rest are bleh...

 

Does anyone else find it kind of ironic/strange that they didn't even consider using a simple clock?

I think I prefer the last one.

 

#2 and then #7 But personally, I think I like the original the most still out of all of those.

I still like the one for the actual album though; it speaks.

I really liked the 1st one, the 2nd one and the 4th one these are better than the actual album cover imo ;P Number 6 and number 7 are just horrible XD
