It's all over folks, Nintendo declined, saying "We will not be bought" or something to that effect...I lost the article link.
Personally I don't think Nintendo has gotten 'weak' at all. It seems like that to a lot of people, I believe, because its aimed towards younger children more now than ever. Since we all grow up eventuall, a lot of people tend to grow out of Nintendo, and it seems to be growing weak, but I think in reality our own tastes have just changed.
i like nintendo as well, better than xbox... i mean, how much $ do you think they got for putting out mario and zelda? they capitalized so much on those two things alone, and there are more, but if you walk into a store these days there are dozens of different games starring the same character made by nintendo.
I was a fanatic Nintendo-gamer, till the Gamecube came, i have played Mario and Zelda: The Wind Waker both, and they dont even get close to the Nintedo 64 series. Nintendo needs a new strategy if they want to survive, i don't think it's a bad thing if Microsoft is going to buy Nintendo. The Money of Microsoft and the originality of Nintendo, that is going to be great
yeah the money and hardware of Microsoft and software of Nintendo will make a perfect combi , but don't really think it's gonna happen
i will never play video games again if microsoft buys out nintendo my favorite games were on nintendo final fantasy until they went to sony but i still like final fantasy the mana games metropid fire emblem yea they all rock especially Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles but no nintendo has its fans like cameron said they sell themselves
Okay, let me make this clear to all of you: READ THE ARTICLE. MICROSOFT ISN'T BUYING NINTENDO. EVER. END OF STORY.
