    It has been said on FOX News (although I hate FOX) that he is in a Coma though.

    It's been reported by the LA times (local newspaper where UCLA is), and through CNN and even Fox that he's in a coma.

    ABC said he was in coma for some time but now he's been confirmed as dead, they couldn't revive him
