"Message" Updated With New Image

Just wondering...why isn't the rest of the band involved? It's just Mike. Sure, Phoenix occasionally retweets Mike's links...but still. It would be nice for all of them to be a part of the "message".

Apparently another name for the Gita's teaching is "scripture of liberation."

I dunno sounds kind of album title-y. But just a random guess that I know probably isn't right. But throwing it out there anywayyy.

 

What about just 'Liberation'? That sounds really album-y and goes along with freeing themselves from the shackles of their previous sounds and stereotypes.

 

Guys stop talking about M2M and the whole doomsday clock thing. There's no way linkin park could have planned this whole message thing in 2007!

that actually sounds really cool. it might not be totally linkin parkish, but it's possible...it sounds pretty fancy.

 

We're not saying they started organizing this in 2007, we're saying the new album could be TIED to MTM. I've explained this already. :X

I think it's been stated that this album is something they have never done before. I find it hard to believe that with that statement, it could be linked to M2M but that's my opinion

 

I wouldn't be too thrilled with that name either to be honest. But it isn't so it's all good.

Anyway, last day i called WMG Italy for know about shows down here and meanwhile i asked for some infos: They told me the band have a TBC listed for September. /slowpoke

Phoenix seems to have great taste in album titles, doncha think? He saved us from "In tragedy and triumph"...

 

I can't figure out what to do next after the reference Oppenheimer quote. Maybe some kind of world catastrophe? But in relation to linkin park I've got nada.

 

The best guess we have now is that something's happening on July 16. It probably won't be new music, but there will probably be something significant. The Oppenheimer guy is best known for the atomic bomb trials and Manhattan project. So if Adam said we were "very close" about the quote, then it has something to do with the bomb stuff, since it doesn't have anything to do with Trinity. so...it would make sense for July 16 to be important, right?
