    Two more messages have since been posted, revealing the name and release date of the album's first single - The Catalyst, to be released August 2.
    On July 1, Australia's Music Network magazine reported the new album will be released in September.[73] It also referenced an advance listening session on June 18 in Sydney where invited industry were able to hear several new songs.

    I've nominated the article for deletion. So far the album title isn't confirmed to be A Thousand Suns, and the article keeps being vandalized despite the editors' best efforts to keep it factual.

    I've heard Smokey made a visit at LPs new Video shoot. Special effects i think.


    I hope some songs of the new album will somehow be called:

    Thoughts of pain push my trust away
    Lies are part of me
    Memories of myself
    Numbing the pain
    Reflecting my faith



    These are all my favorite words of LP :):):):):)

    Hope there'll tones of those on the new album

    What if the new album is here that quick *August 2nd* and they release their new video next week along with the single? That would be amazing...

    My thoughts exactly...

    4 Weeks is simply not enough time to mix, master, mass produce and distribute around the world when they're not even finished recording as of 5 hours ago.
    But yeah, we can dream.

    Singles are released on a Monday here in the UK, so maybe they put the date that it will be first available.

    Right, that makes sense...well uh now there's no reason to believe that it isn't a new song! But it's annoying how no one has confirmed it yet...
