I can just imagine the fans shitting their pants in confusion as the songs kept changing live. LP really blended up the songs on this setlist .
For some reason the Robot Boy fakeout had me nearly pissing myself laughing. Trollnoda at his finest.
Just to let everyone know using our tweets as a basis for their updates, it was Wretches & Kings, not When They Come For Me. It had the speech intro and everything.
I love the blending of songs in the sets, it's a great way to provide a lot more variety in the given time they have to play. I'm stoked to see them in August!
This really seems like a set list that they can tweak so easily too and keep it really fresh, very frequently. Super excited to see them this August. Anyone going to the Jones Beach show in Wantagh?
So was the thing at the beginning of the show Drawbar, or really just the piano part from The Catalyst?
You gotta hand it to them. They are really going all out this album cycle. Mike really meant it when he said visceral xD
Now that's an unusual playlist Pretty fucking excited to see the videos of all of this on youtube. I'll maybe just skip the Wasteland performance, to keep the surprise.
@EliotLehrman = Me Amazing show tonight guys. If you have a chance to catch this your, GO! Non-stop energy, lots of creativity with a number of songs, and the new music sounds awesome live.
Thanks again for the updates. You was spot on and it sounded like a great show! Definitely a fun one to see live.
Um, wow. I want to hear all these recordings! And I guess now we know that Mike will do Rakim's verse. I'm honestly surprised by that, but I think it's fine.
Act I - Mostly Chester's part Act II- Mike/Chester Act III- Mostly Mike's part Act IV- Chester/Mike that's one thing I've noticed.
