Linkin Park look to close out their revealing One More Light South American Tour in São Paulo, Brazil on May 13th, 2017. This relatively short tour saw the live premieres of "Good Goodbye" featuring Mike's second verse, "Talking To Myself," "Invisible" and "One More Light." Saturday's show will be the first time Linkin Park will play at the Autodromo Jose Carlos Pace, despite performing in São Paulo three previous times(2012, 2010, 2004). The last time they played in São Paulo, a livestream was broadcasted which gave us some really beatuiful pro-shot footage of the LIVING THINGS World Tour. Below are excerpts from said broadcast for your viewing pleasure. With this being the last show until the album One More Light is released on May 19th, do you think that we will see any more new songs premiered by the band in an always ruckus Brazilian crowd? Let's talk about it in the comments! Big thank you to PhoenixLP 220 on YouTube for the live stream clips! Setlist: 01. ROADS UNTRAVELED (Verse 1 Only; Vocoded) 02. The Catalyst [Shortened] 03. I will be there. Hope for One More Light to been played, it's a song that really touched my feelings ^^. Also, this is the fourth time that LP plays in the state of São Paulo, but the third in city. The 2010 show were in Itu, a city in the interior of the state (actually, is at side of my local town )
Brazil has 8 thousand kilometers of coast. Is a big and large country, just like USA. And they are playing just one show here. Damn it. It's impossible to go, i would have to travel 1 thousand KM.
I went to see them in 2010 and now I'll have the chance to watch them again with a big friend of mine who's been a Linkin Park fan for more than 10 years now. I'm pretty much excited, their concert was the best concert of my life and I can't believe I got the opportunity to see them again!!!!!
That moment you cry because you are at home and not in São Paulo. Sad but this time I don't have R$650 (U$200) to pay the tickets and a 10 hours trip by bus. Hope they come back to Brazil soon, I can't wait to see them live for the second time!
They didn't perform Invisible and One More Light But the concert was amazing anyways and I think the public didn't understand Mike's request during Heavy, lmao.
Yep, this was not a headlining tour because it was part of a festival, so they went with the set from the other Maximus Fest in Argentina. They have fewer time in festivals. Chile and Peru were headlining shows, so they had the full set with Invisible, Waiting for the End and One More Light.
If anyone's interested, I've uploaded separate .mp3 files cut from the audio broadcast to my Google Drive: https://goo.gl/BVuHAE By the way: WHAT AN INCREDIBLE NIGHT!!! I can still hear the last "Bleed It Out" from Chester echoing in my head... It was beautiful. Hope I can see them again in their next album tour!
