After you install that, then restart firefox. Go to Tools > User Agent Switcher > Internet Explorer. Then when you go to that page it'll be fooled thinking that you're using IE and then control+click [or middle button click on the link that says 'open surfjerky explorer' or whaver, so that it'll open in a tab. Then go to Tools > Options > Web Features > click the last options button > uncheck all but the 3rd and last ones.

Damnit, mine keeps timing out on me or stopping. Even with the timeout hack I posted above it still doesnt work... I think RefreshEvery might be working...havent noticed... $1.69 for me.
I just started to use Butane. Got fed up with the timeouts and everything complicated in Firefox. I don't even see Butane anymore...the only way I know its working is that I hear a page refresh every 30 secs and that my $$$ is going up.

Who knows? I dont even see that advertisement window anymore. With Butane I just log in, click on a link to go to the advertisement page, click a button to hide it, and no annoyingness. I don't even see it anymore...hell, I don't even know how to show the window.
