Hey guys I was watching the DVD again that came with Meteora and I around the part where Chaz says "Some of the things me and Mike talk about, are things that shouldnt be talked about with other people" there's a quick shot of a lyric sheet. Well upon pausing it, this is what I got: Thoughts that take away my pride, Trapped in places deep inside, Memories I have come to fear, And I cant make them disappear [Thoughts like these return to me] Thoughts that take away my pride, Trapped in places deep inside, [Memories trapped inside of me] Memories I have come to fear, And I cant make them disappear. -- It's the whole part that chaz sings in the "DAAHH!, DAHHH!" part. Just thought I'd share it with the visitors of the LPA .
wow, those lyrics are so great. can I sense a b-side? (hopefully).
Hopefully. When Chester sings that on the DVD it sounds like it would be an awesome song. Hopefully it will be released sometime.
those lyrics are phat, i hope they did record that hey mayby thats one of the meteora demo's they kept
Will we also maybe hopefully hear that song that Rob was recording for with the really cool piano part in one of the LPTV episodes? maybe those are 2 different songs, which are the unreleased demos?.........someone should investigate this

When I first heard that I couldn't get it out of my head for days. I dunno why they didn't put that one on Meteora.
That was "Numb" that Rob was tracking in its early stages.
Thats definitely not Numb....something else with piano in it
ya, he sings that and then gets upset cause he messed up... that must have just barely missed the cut of the final 12.
Im aware, but im saying its not the same piano, its something different
Note that I said early stages. The drums are the exact same as they are in "Numb," but the piano is slightly different. Ever hear of a demo?
the lyrics are great i hope it will become a b-side
If it was recorded in the studio, and didn't make it onto the album, it IS a B-side...
If it was recorded in the studio, and didn't make it onto the album, it IS a B-side...
or maybe a demo? who knows? Didn't Mike deleted everything that was trash from Meteora? maybe that's gone too...
Demos is stuff recorded before you go into the studio. The only two demos that exist now are demos from Breaking the Habit, and Faint. QUICK FACT TIME: Both BTH and Faint had Dave Campbell arranged the strings for both songs, and it's also strange that both still have demos that still exist.. OMG CONPSIRACY!!!111
