Last month, we challenged the talented remix community to tackle "All For Nothing" in a Free-For-All set of rules. The community came through, in a big way, with 13 quality entries. Of these entries, we've seen remix veterans and newbies battle it out by giving us the best they could muster. We heard remixes and mash-ups, including a really strange 3 second "something," that resulted in a close race to the bitter end. When all the dust settled and the first light of the day revealed the outcome, it was then that the victorious stood tall, proving once and for all that their entries were more than worthy of being crowned champion. Here are your winners:

    Winner:

Like Link going in a dungeon looking for shards of the Triforce, This remix takes you to a dark place which grabs your attention and holds onto it the entire track through. Lizzi takes this aggressive track and is able to wrangle it into this bone chilling, epic and atmospheric track with a lead synth that reminds the classic gamer of a simpler time filled with dragon-unicorn hybrids, orange triceratops and an invisible pig-beast King of Darkness who fears magical swords and silver arrows. It's too dangerous to go alone. Listen to this.

    Runners Up:

Nope, don't check the dial. This isn't your parent's smooth jazz station, this is Lukiaffe's remix of "All For Nothing." Lukiaffe made this very laid back remix with a bold beat in the verse. Quite an enjoyable listen.

When you see Zak coming to the party, Like an ODST from Halo, it's time to prepare for drop. Zak gave "All For Nothing" this absolutely stunning reggaeton-backed drumbeat mixed with some amazing synth work that gives the most conservative listener the sudden urge to get up and dance.

    Honorable Mention:

Intensity [DJIntensity]: "All For Nothing" (Intensity Remix)

DJIntensity took this month and made this aggressive remix that matches the intensity of the original blow-for-blow. This bold remix is very enjoyable and will leave you energized while wanting more.

Congratulations to the winners from last month's competition! November's Monthly Mix-Up brings the fun of Electro-House/Nu-Disco to the competion! Good luck to those entering this month's competition and congrats to those who placed last month!

My "remix" was mentioned! Though it was less than 5 seconds, 3 seconds less the 5 seconds. Congrats Lizzi.

Coming in after what must have been 2 years, just to say Lizzi's remix is one of the best I've heared in a long, long time. Totally different and yet hits the spot.

    Nice entries!
I wonder if you guys know a good free program, which is suitable for trying out remixing a song for the first time.

Everyone feels like their own work is bad. My KTTK remix got runners up and I still don't think it's that good.

lizzi's remix was great. good job.

and robot, it appears 7 others were omitted from the list along with you. it's okay. they received your entry. it just
wasn't what they were looking for. next time.

    It's not that I didn't win or wasn't mentioned as a runner up ;)

But minuteforce always does a list with all the remixes of the month...
Correct me if I'm wrong but these are the ones that the team listens to... so the "confirmed" entries!?

Actually, it was an honest mistake. I did accidentally omit your entry, and only your entry, while compiling that list, and, for that, I'm very sorry!

The best way to prevent this from ever happening again is to have everyone ensure that their entries are linked correctly in the lists at the end of each around.

Never mind :) I just though it meant that there was something wrong with the link etc.
Now it's just my remix that wasn't good enough^^
