I like the instrumental a lot. Not dissing your voice, I just hate songs like that. Maybe an octave higher with your vocals before you hit the aggressive part?

It's a pretty old song. I have the instrumental version and I'm probably going to pick back up and redo vocals and maybe get some damn drums in the mix finally.

    Thanks though :)

Drums might be the death of my short musical career. I'm just mentally challenged when it comes to them.

So I'm using a Rock Band mic now lol. It's ok quality. Might put up a not very good cover of Handlebars once I finish it tonight or tomorrow. You could say I'm not the best rapper. Might do a Robot Boy cover since I was inspired last night by in the shadows. Might have a simple instrumental with vocals and whip that out tonight, too. Or I might finally put vocals over some of my original stuff. Lots of possos!

Been singing for a long time. Never been recorded before, though. Sounds a little weird to me at the moment lol.

I just gave up on most of the vocals for the Handlebars remix. My mic (Rock Band mic lolz) sucks and can't tolerate any kind of decibels without distorting. Plus my rapping skills already suck, so it's not a good combo lol.

    flobots - handlebars instrumental remix.mp3 - 8.00MB

And if you just want the 100% instrumental with no vocals, here's another link.

    flobots - handlebars _pure instrumental_.mp3 - 8.00MB

And then I was thinking about doing a cover of The Catalyst, but decided I never want to do covers again lol. But here's some pieces I whipped out on one take. Don't quite have my voice up to what it used to be. Used to take voice lessons a couple years ago and haven't used my voice since lol. Time to get back in shape.

    LP The Catalyst.mp3 - 0.55MB

LP The Catalyst Bridge.mp3 - 0.93MB I cut this one off because my voice cracked a ton after this, followed by many, many swear words.

LP Blackout Outro.mp3 - 2.59MB Sorry about the mic. And the high note. I immeditely regretted doing it as you can hear lol.

Maybe I'll magically get my range back and remember how to sing when I wake up in the morning. It's just like riding a bike, right? Right?

Edit: I forgot I did one more. It's pretty painful towards the middle lol. I don't know all the notes very well yet for Waiting For The End.

    LP Waiting For The End.mp3 - 2.65MB
