You know I just have total respect for LP man and especially Chester after tonight. They performed not one but two songs flawlessly for their fans. I mean doctors would tell someone with that type of hernia to take it easy and try not to exert more force then he can handle with his illness but man, Chester and the gang cared so much about giving an awesome performance for their fans that LP..knowing they were being seen by 1000's of Linkin Park fans across the US and Canada, gave one of the best performances I've ever seen them do. They performed thier upcoming single Numb on TV for the first time ever and it was incredible. God bless them man for how much they care about thier fans.

People blast them because of Reanimation when really they only did it because Meteora was taking longer then they expected and they didnt want to make fans wait another year. They did Reanimation because of the fans and although they'll always be doubters..LP never cared once about the sales. If they did, would they have released only one single from it and thats it and have little promotion for it? No..they would of promoted it like mad and released many singles.

I have mucho respect for the Park and I'm glad I didnt dismiss them as just a passing fad because I know they aren't. Bands this good with this amount of devotion to thier fans, aren't fly by night bands. These are the bands that usually last longer then a decade in the music buisness, and quite frankly? I'll be here for the ride.

i agree, i hate critics, most of them are gay anyway (i dont hate gay people). like i've said before, they ruin everything......but that show i just saw was absolutley amazing! i mean that f*ckin sh*t was flawless.. this is why i love linkin park, they're not in it for the money, they do this because they love it, and it shows man, it shows.

That was just dumb. How could you have not known you were going to get a warning for that? It doesn't matter if you hate them, like them, or don't care...using the word 'gay' in a negative manner is homophobic. Consider yourself warned.

To those who werent there...and couldn't see it on TV

IT WAS PACKED. people were waiting in line since noon la time for the performance. it got so packed that people in the back half of the line was not admitted into the main area and had to stay behind i giant fence or across the street. there were also people looking on from the parking structure adjacent to the stage. it was by far the most packed performance on the jimmy kimmel show.

Their performance hasnt even aired in la yet. but i can tell you what you didnt see....you did see LP play faint and numb....

but after they went off the air they were performing for a good 30 to 40 mins. they played somewhere i belong, in the end, crawling, dont stay, one step closer. that wasnt the order...and i think there were more songs but i was too caught up in the pit to remember it all.

it was a great free set.....to those who got to see it...but i do know some people across the street and in the parkin lots were taping it...so hopefuly someone has the capability to upload it to everyone else to see.

Awesome, sounds like they did their set from Summer Sanitarium.

Lemme tell you guys something - seeing LP live on screen is not even ####### close to seeing them live upfront. Make sure you guys see them live sometime, seriously. You're missing out.

I'm glad I didn't go to the Jimmy show; I'm still recovering from all the chaos and probably would have killed myself.
