agreed! i like Meteora but i LOVE HT i just can't get sick of any of the songs. Meteora I'm not tired of all the songs yet but im starting to get kinda tired of it. and it's not like i listen to Meteora 5 times a day either. it's just something about Meteora that makes it different from HT but i just can't put my finger on it.. :wth:

 

Hybrid Theory has always been a great cd, but there is something about Meteora that makes it better.

Um... they said that they MIGHT be writing new stuff not definately making a new album. But it would be cool to come up with another awesome album a couple months after Meteora. I think that Chester should take a break and get the surgery soon instead of doing all those shows becase the doctor said that each show will make it worse. I know it will be disappointing to the audience but Chester's health is more important. I hope :chaz: is ok.

 

They should take as long as they need to work on their new album. I don't mind waiting and I haven't gotten tired of Meteora yet but I seriously hope their new album will be just as good, if not better than Hybrid Theory.

 

Another thing, yeah I think they should make another round in the US before recording, Cause I've never seen a concert before but they should make sure of Chaz's health first.

The press and news would consider the new one their 3rd because they probably never heard of the EP and they don't include Reanimation. I would consider it the general band's 5th and LP's 4th... if that makes sense.

and i would get sick of playing the same songs all the time, too. heck i get tired of hearing them all the time myself but i have the option of turning my discman, tv or radio off. they don't. poor fellows.

Meteora is a wicked CD. I think the music on it is alot more catchy than the HT songs. I find myself singing alond to the Meteora songs alot more than the HT songs as well. Why can't a person like Meteora alot better than HT. After all it is critcized as being the same as HT.

 

Iam not too sure if its a good thing or a bad thing? Its good because we'll have a new album (in about 1.5/ 2 yaers) but it might be a bad thing because the band don't enjoy playing what they have written. I understand that they might get board playing the same gig day in day out and that might be a reson for change, howerver its has only taken them since march to get tired of the songs of meteora! So I dont know whats going on

i thought HT, reanimation and meteora all rocked they were all different and unique in their own way. as for new stuff although i can't wait i rather have chester fully fit and healthy and so if it means a long wait then wait i shall!!!
