late 2001 I beleive. I know I got hybrid theory for christmas before Reanimation came out so Im guessing 2001. First song I heard was One Step Closer on a demo tape my sister brought back from a concert
...I heard one step closer and I liked it a lot.after that I got hybrid theory.I think it was in 2000,2001...
I became a Linkin Park's fan after I had seen by the first time the video "Crawling" in the MTV. I fell in love with this fantastic song and since that year_ 2001_ i am a big LP's fan!!! I was courious about that band so I searched more about them and I discovered that they have a fantastic songs and they are my favourite band!!!
Late 2000/Early 2001. I bought Hybrid Theory a few days after I heard "One Step Closer." That's probably the fastest I bought a CD at that point. I would type my story, but I've done it a thousand times, and the only people probably read this are either a) stoned B) drunk c) stoned and drunk.
Actually I've first heard of them when my cousin played "In The End" for me because he liked that song... I was blown away since the first second I've heard it, especially Chester's voice gave me the creeps... It was at the end of the year 2001 I think... Then I got "Hybrid Theory" as a Christmas present and since then I'm a LP addict LOL... And the funny thing is that my cousin doesn't like them that much anymore now because he's more into other music...^^
Since December of 2000, when my brother got Hybrid Theory. He wanted the CD, and I'm the one that became the fan .
probably sometime in 2003. i don't remember which month though. but about one year ago i started listening to them more seriously.
I have been an LP fan since April 2003, when I got Meteora for a birthday present. I heard somewhere i belong on the radio (@ this point I wasn't in2 eny muzik at all so LP waz got me in2 muzik, thnx LP!!!!!) so asked 4 Meteora. Haven't lyked them as much over the last couple of months but just recently got in2 them agen.
I first became a Linkin Park fan when my friend brought over Hybrid Theory in 2000, I think shortly after it was released. He showed me some songs on it like Papercut, Crawling, and In The End. I liked them a lot and I went and bought the CD. After that I liked more of their songs like A Place for my Head, Forgotten, With You, and One Step Closer. Then it just became my favorite band for a while. Then I stopped listening to it for a while and came back when Meteora came back out. I loved Faint, I must have heard it like 10000 times. Then I got Reanimation and Collision Course and they were pretty good, especially Reanimation. That's my story.. But I would just like to thank LP for their songs because they have helped me through a lot.
