According to Billboard.com and Blabbermouth.net, Jane's Addiction, Depeche Mode, The Beastie Boys, and Kings of Leon will be appearing. The festival runs August 7-9th at Grant Park in Chicago, IL. The rest of the lineup has yet to be announced and this is still to be officially confirmed. I'm probably still going to go.
