What about Lies Greed Misery? Is it good? Haha People need to join an search in the web course! I'm coming home and im pretty sure i will find dozens of places to hear it!!!
I know it's kind of a strech but I was getting some what of an Arcade Fire vibe from the album. Honestly a lot of the songs might need to grow on me, but much better than BID/LGM (not that they were bad). Can't wait to get this in lossless once I obtain the CD; then I'll really start enjoying it.
I'm listening it again, I'm in the middle of In My Remains. I really like this album. I don't know if it's better than ATS right now, but I really like it.
LOST IN THE ECHO is the best LP song ever, hands down. I absolutely loved the album, every part of it, LP really made an amazing job here. I won't stop listening to it for a few months now! Best songs: LITE, IMR, IBG, VICTIMIZED, ROADS UNTRAVELED, UNTIL IT BREAKS AND POWERLESS, all of them are simply perfect.
They are NOT official. They're an unofficial fansite that has been leaking the albums of the band for the past few years.
Honestly, I enjoyed A Thousand Suns a lot more than Living Things. It's a great album. But I'm disappointed.
Although Living Things is not a concept record like ATS was, it still has an underlying theme to me. The theme of us as human beings and as living things (no pun intended) going on a journey. It felt like a microcosm of life, where there are time of ups and downs and confusion and self discovery. These concepts are presented in a manner that is epic. Each life has its own unique tale to tell and this album may cause you to reflect upon your life as well. As such, Living Things becomes more than just an album it is an epic told in a manner that only Linkin Park can. Bravo to the band because I sincerely had doubts about this album after listening to Burn it Down, but there are some truly outstanding tracks in this album which will resonate with fans for a very very long time. Thank you Linkin Park.
