This. Truth. There^
I rather save my money for when the special edition with a DVD appears...
And secondly I'm not that convinced by the "early access to tickets for the just-announced Honda Civic Tour in North America". (Belgium >< North America)
Oh, and I support the band enough, don't worry
"...there is one word that is still beyond the pale. The concept it embodies is so revolting that the publication or broadcast of the word is utterly forbidden in all parts of the Galaxy except for use in Serious Screenplays. There is also, or was, one planet where they didn't know what it meant, the stupid turlingdromes."
The Hitchhiker's Guide on Belgium.
On that note, it's only $8 for shipping. Really? I mean shit, I'm Asian which makes me stereotypically inclined to be cheap as fuck and I think that's reasonable.
" I'm a poor guy from Belgium. Please donate $8 so I can pay the shipping costs for the new LP album. My banc account numb..."
No seriously, I know it's not that much, I just want the album here as soon as possible (remember my first question). If I support the local shop a bit with that, so be it...
If all the proceeds go to LP then why is it priced at 20 dollars, when I can get it in the shop on the 26th for 13 euros? It kinda doesn't make sense for the shop to have cheaper stuff than LP's official website (and I'm not including shipping in that)
13 euros? Either you or the shop is ing
To be honest, I don't see why you're worried about a day or so of shipping getting in the way. We all know the album will leak, and if you've already bought it...
Even Amazon are listing this for twenty bucks.
And, it there is no new package in the next 30 days, I'll simply grab it elsewhere. It's those superb package that make me want to spend extra bucks on an album.
Stop being poor.
Stereotypically Ignorant American.
Hello, my name is Rich
Yess, UK Pre-order is up on iTunes, but nothing about a free download of BID?
I bought ATS in tesco on the day it came out for 13 euros.
Then I guess it was your lucky day
Hey guys, I just read this on LPFUSE.com, NO idea if it's true as I don't know where did they take that supposed Adam statement
"LPU/HQ's Adam stated that there isn't going to be a special edition of Living Things this time around, not even a CD/DVD package just your standard CD. The reason that they are doing this is to keep things simple! Hopefully they release a hell of a lot of LPTV's from there studio sessions weekly to make up for it.
I really don't like this idea, I was a huge fan of CD/DVD packaging and it felt special for me do have that extra thing. I'll give it a few more days (until the new Rasmus album is out) to see if there is an official statement from the band or something like that. If it ain't happening I guess I'll have to settle with the CD and -possibly- remixes, it'll depend on whether my go-to guy is able to purchase through LP.com
I wanna have my DVD :-(
Me too. I will really miss that if it's true
I was just coming in here to tell you guys that I asked around as well and I can confirm that there will NOT be a CD/DVD version of LIVING THINGS. Just a CD.

So sad to hear that. It's a bit of a punch in the gut after you've grown used to all the extra stuff. Sigh. Well, I'll contact my buddy to see if he can preorder it for me then. (Well, he's not my buddy, is a guy who I've been a client for quite a while, and he gets stuff from me from the US since we have currency blocking issues)
I have a question. Since I will not buy this myself directly, how does that remix thing work? Do they give you a code or anything? Are there additional costs? I would need to arrange that "logistic" with the guy who will buy it for me so he'll give me the access to the mp3's myself instead of asking him to download and then send them to me.
If there is a code, it would be great 'cause I'd get hold of it and download my own thing.
