Live from SoHo EP/Given Up music video release date

The EP is pretty good.

Chester's vocals still suffer a bit on In Pieces, though.

 

The given up video is really awesome, and the apple store EP kicks ass too.

 

He cannot sing that song live. I will stand by that statement through and through. He just always sounds like he's constipated.

 

I hate how he tries to sing the chorus of In Pieces all raspy and aggressive live when it's sung in his normal voice on the album...And how he pronounces "sun" and "you" on Shadow of the Day live, and how he always pushes sharp when holding out the last note of The Little Things Give You Away, and how he's always flat on Leave Out All the Rest...I actually don't like about half of Minutes to Midnight live solely because of how he sings the songs on stage.

 

I think it depends on what day they perform as to whether or not Shadow of the Day is good. Lately, It's been getting better. But I remember when I first heard it live, he was so off key it wasn't even funny.

 

The video was pretty cool, I like the effects.

 

wow! a little harsh don't you think?? When they were in omaha, he did perfectly fine on SOTD and In Pieces, i didn't notice any of that when i was there, or even on the live cd i have of the concert.....oh well, hope he feels better and i can get a copy of the EP!

I'm gonna be honest, the music video for Given Up wasn't that great. It was edited well and had some cool effects but I just don't really think it fit the song. Given Up is a great song though.
