Invisible is just... nice. I wish I thought it was totally awesome like Talking To Myself, but unfortunately the chorus is incredibly dull and inoffensive. Like a more soft version of Battle Symphony. I haven't heard OML though, I have hope for that.
Inoffensive? It's a song from Mike to his kids, what do you want him to do? Tell them go fuck themselves?
Calm down, man. I just don't find the song remarkably interesting. Perhaps the studio release will change my mind later today.
I'm not gonna listen but I have a question for who did: how One More Light differs from the acoustic version? Like, there are drums or synths?
I hate how these new songs barely even have bridges. You've heard all these songs have to offer after the first chorus.
They're pop structured major scale songs. "Invisible" kind of gave me a "no roads left" feel. Heard some cool sampling too. I was hoping for a more sorrow album, it's really damn poppy. M2M seems sadder than this so far.
This is not black and white only organized confusion I'm just trying to get it right that in spite all I should have done I was not mad at you I was not trying to tear you down the words that I could have used I was too scared to say out loud if I could not break your fall would you walk right off the ground? if you felt invisible I won't let you feel that now
You guys have me excited to listen to "Invisible", can't wait until the studio version later. Mike has improved a lot as a singer over the years, so this and "Sorry for Now" are the two I'm most looking forward to.
